NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes hereby approves a variance to allow for a second driveway access for 2235 Arthur Court, subject to the following conditions: 1. The accessory building shall meet the general building and use provisions of Section 3, Subd. 4. 2. A building permit shall be submitted by the applicant and approved by the City prior to construction. 3. The driveway shall be paved with appropriate surface.
