Houle <br />Penn Contracting <br />Minnesota Utilities & Excavating <br />$69,988.00 <br />$87,144.00 <br />$103,044.00 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota: <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with C.W. <br />Houle, in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the 2013 Surface Water Management <br />Project. <br />Adoption by the Lino Lakes City Council this 9th day of September, 2013 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />0' Donnell and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />O'Donnell, Rafferty, Roeser, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Jul e Bartell City Clerk <br />
