• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13-101 <br />RESOLUTION SETTING DATE FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE PROPOSED <br />2014 OPERATING BUDGET AND 2013 TAX LEVY COLLECTIBLE IN 2014 <br />WHEREAS, governmental entities are required to hold a hearing during a regularly scheduled <br />City Council meeting to receive public input on the proposed operating budget <br />and tax levy; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Lino Lakes wishes to set the date and time of its meeting for <br />this purpose. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota that the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, that: <br />1. The public hearing date is hereby set for Monday, December 9, 2013, at 6:30 p.m. during the <br />regularly scheduled City Council meeting with final adoption of the 2013 -2014 tax levy and <br />2014 general operating budget anticipated immediately following the hearing. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 9th day of September, 2013. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />o Donn e1 1 and was duly seconded by Council Member Roeser and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />O'Donnell, Roeser, Rafferty, Stoesz, R <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Jeff Reine <br />
