• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13 -108 <br />AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 13 -106 BY APPOINTING ADDITIONAL ELECTION <br />JUDGES FOR THE NOVEMBER 5, 2013 GENERAL ELECTION <br />WHEREAS, two additional election judges have been identified for the municipal election to be <br />held on November 5, 2013; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />that Joanne Kell and Nancy Kimber be appointed as election judges and that the attached list of <br />certified election judges and head judges for the 2013 Municipal Election be approved as <br />updated. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of October, 2013. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />O' Donnell and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />O'Donnell, Rafferty, Roeser, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />uli - nne Bartell, Ci Cler <br />Jeff Rei ert, / ay: r <br />
