• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13 -118 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CERTIFICATION OF DELINQUENT WATER <br />AND SEWER UTILITY CHARGES FOR COLLECTION WITH THE 2013 PROPERTY <br />TAXES PAYABLE IN 2014 <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code Section 401.29 and Section 402.14, Subd. 5, the Clerk has <br />prepared a list of properties having delinquent water and sewer charges to be certified <br />to the Anoka County Auditor for collection with the 2013 property taxes, payable in <br />2014, and <br />WHEREAS, notice of such certification was mailed to affected property owners, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has met to consider the certification of such delinquent water and <br />sewer charges. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that <br />the Clerk is hereby authorized to certify the delinquent water and sewer charges as indicated on the <br />attached listing to the Anoka County Auditor to be collected with the 2013 property taxes, payable <br />in 2014 at an interest rate of 8.00% per annum. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 28th day of October, 2013. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Roeser and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Roeser, Rafferty, O'Donnell, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />e Bartell, C ty C1 <br />Jeff Rein: , ayor <br />
