• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13 -121 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT <br />FOR ALINO ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application for final plat approval for Alino <br />Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has completed a review of the proposed plat based on the <br />following plans and information: <br />• Alino Addition Preliminary and Final Plat prepared by SRF Consulting Group, <br />Inc. dated October 9, 2013 and received October 11, 2013; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Planning & Zoning Board on May 8, <br />2013 and the Board recommended approval of the preliminary plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat on June 24, 2013 with <br />Resolution No.13 -76; and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat was reviewed by the Planning & Zoning Board on November <br />13, 2013 and the Board recommended approval of the final plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed final plat meets the requirements of the City's Zoning and <br />Subdivision Ordinances; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the final plat of Alino Addition, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. A Development Contract shall be executed by the City and the owner and <br />recorded with Anoka County. <br />2. A Declaration of Access Control for future right in/right out access shall be <br />executed by the City and owner and recorded with Anoka County. <br />3. A Reciprocal Access Easement and Maintenance Agreement shall be drafted by <br />the owner, approved by the City and recorded with Anoka County. <br />4. Site Plan Review for development of Lot 1, Block 1 (Metro Transit Park and <br />Ride) will require additional agreements and permits such as but not limited to: <br />a. Site Improvements Performance Agreement <br />b. Declaration for Maintenance of Storm Water Facilities <br />c. Grading Permit <br />d. Building Permit <br />e. NPDES Permit <br />f. RCWD Permit <br />
