CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13 -132 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2014 WATER AND SEWER OPERATING BUDGETS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the proposed 2014 Water and Sewer Operating <br />Budgets during their budget work sessions, and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council each year adopts the Water and Sewer Operating Budgets by <br />resolution. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that the following <br />Water and Sewer Operating Budgets for the year 2014 are hereby adopted: <br />Operating Revenues <br />Transfers <br />2014 Water Operating Budget 2014 Sewer Operating Budget <br />$1,218,500 $1,647,500 <br />-0- -0- <br />Total Revenues & Transfers $1,218,500 $1,647,500 <br />Operating Expenses <br />Debt Service <br />$1,214,173 $1,805,834 <br />-0- -0- <br />• Total Expenses $1,214,173 $1,805,834 <br />Revenues /Transfers over/ <br />Under Expenses $ 4,327 $ (158,334) <br />Use of Fund Surplus <br />-0- $ 158,334 <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of December, 2013. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Roeser and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor there <br />Roeser, Rafferty, SToesz, 0 Donnell, <br />The following voted against same:. <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Juli. e Bartell, City t lerk <br />• <br />A -3 <br />Jeff Reine <br />
