The proposed project is for 30,076 sq. ft. office and
warehouse building. Also shown is space for a future addition of up to 20,800 sq. ft. Sanitary
sewer and water service is to be extended from the existing sewer and water mains constructed
as part of the Marmon/Keystone site to the east. The water service will be stubbed across
Apollo Court and split to serve both Summit Fire Protection site and the parcel to the north. Site
access will be from Apollo Court, which is being constructed as part of the Marmon/Keystone
project. Site drainage is into the existing Pond 1, which was excavated during the construction
of Apollo Drive. The pond will be modified to add infiltration swales and provide an optional sand
borrow area. The modified pond will also serve 2.0 acres of the parcel to the north.
Application to RCWD was made on January 11, 2001. Copies of the Metro Land Surveying and
Engineering' drainage calculations are attached.
DECEIVED
JAN 122001
CITY OF LINO LAKES
