AGENDA ITEM 1 - 02 <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Marty Asleson <br />DATE: January 31, 2001 <br />TOPIC: Saddle Club <br />BACKGROUND: See Project Trac Sheet <br />OPTIONS: The Environmental Board and Staff have made the <br />recommendations listed in the project trac sheet. Options are to: <br />1. Accept the proposal and forever loose a planned greenway and good site for <br />future restoration. <br />2. Recommend denial of the proposal unless provisions are made for public <br />greenway in the south area of the proposal (if and when MUSA is allocated). <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends option 2. <br />
