• <br />• <br />Council Member carisoni introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 -12- <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT REQUEST NO. 3 (FINAL) AND <br />COMPENSATING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 — 2006 BIRCH STREET TRAIL PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the 2006 Birch Street Trail Project has been completed by T.A. Schifsky <br />and Sons, Inc., and <br />WHEREAS, the one -year warranty period for this project will begin with the Final <br />Payment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Compensating Change Order No. 1 and Payment Request No. 3 (Final) is <br />approved for a final contract amount of $130,364.40. <br />nne Bartell ity Jerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22nd day of January, 2007. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member 0' Donnelland upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Carlson, O'Donnell, Reinert, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
