Council Member o'nonneltroduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 -35 <br />APPROVING NO PARKING RESTRICTION <br />S.A.P.: 210 - 020 -005 <br />MAIN STREET (ANOKA COUNTY #14) FROM I -35W TO I -35E IN <br />THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA. <br />WHEREAS, THIS RESOLUTION was passed this 26th day of February, 2007, by the <br />City of Lino Lakes in Anoka County, Minnesota. The Municipal corporation shall <br />hereinafter be called the "City ", <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, The "City ", has planned the improvements of Main Street, State Aid Route <br />No. 210 - 020 -005 from I -35W to <br />I -35E in the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the "City" will be expending Municipal Street Aid Funds on the <br />improvements of this Street; and <br />WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both <br />sides of the street; and approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid <br />project must therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: <br />That the "City" shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on both sides of Main Street:I- <br />35W to I -35E at all times. <br />Dated this 26th day of February, 2007. <br />ATTEST: <br />City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota. <br />• nne Bartell, Ci C erk <br />
