• <br />Council Member Stoltz introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 -39 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT, PINE GLEN <br />SECOND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat of Pine Glen on November 28, 2005, <br />a Pine Glen Addition grading only development agreement on March 13, 2006, and a Pine Glen <br />First Addition development agreement on May 22, 2006, and <br />WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution of <br />a development contract, between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes, prior to <br />commencement of site construction activities and final plat approval to insure satisfactory <br />completion of public improvements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Lino Lakes City Council approves the <br />Development Contract with 23, LLC, for Pine Glen Second Addition and authorizes the Mayor <br />and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the city. <br />ne Bartell, i ity Ierk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th day of March, 2007. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member° Donnell- <br />-and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Stoltz, O'Donnell, Carlson, Reinert, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />JoYn Bergesdh, Mayor <br />• <br />
