Council Membgr Donnell introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 07-41 RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE EXISTING CONDITONAL USE PERMIT, A PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR A TWO LOT SUBDIVISION, AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS FOR A MOTOR FUEL STATION AND CAR WASH FOR HOLIDAY STATIONSTORES AT 7509 LAKE DRIVE.
