• <br />2. Access locations to pond and infiltration areas must be shown on the <br />map. <br />3. Pump stations should be designed with a spill- containment feature. <br />4. Combine sheets 8 and 9 of their submittal and rename the sheets <br />Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan or SWPPP. Make changes to <br />the SWPPP as per the attached memo to the City Engineer. <br />5. Provide a tree inventory of all significant trees on the site. Indicate if <br />any of the trees can be saved or must be removed. If there are trees <br />that can be saved, than provide a description of methods that will be <br />used to save them. <br />6. On the Landscape Plan: <br />• Sod areas must be indicated as irrigated. <br />• Top soil must be indicated on the plan as tilled as deeply as <br />possible into the sub - soils. <br />• Storm ponds must be planted with the City Native Seed mix and <br />modified with enhancement potted plants to achieve flowering <br />forbs of one every 5 square feet. <br />• A planting schedule should be submitted with native seed and <br />plants included. <br />• A contract with a City approved landscape company that is <br />knowledgeable and experienced in native plant installation and <br />maintenance should be submitted. The contract should cover <br />installation and maintenance for at least the first 3 years. If a <br />burn is possible at the end of three years this should be <br />included in the contract. <br />7. All facility lighting should be planned at the minimum lumens and <br />required design of the City code. All up- lighting must be kept to a <br />minimum. <br />8. Holiday Stationstore should submit a remediation plan to the City <br />should leakages be found to exist in fuel tank replacement areas. <br />9. Add buffering to attenuate light spill on adjacent property. <br />Motion by Bor, second by Trailor to forward staff and Environmental <br />Board recommendations on. All were in favor.
