• <br />Council Member Stoltz introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07-43 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECFICATIONS COUNTY STATE AID <br />HIGHWAY 14. <br />WHEREAS, plans for Project No. SP 02- 614 -14, SP 02- 621 -009, SP 02- 654 -001 and SP <br />210 - 020 -005 showing proposed alignment, profiles, grades and cross - sections for the <br />construction, reconstruction or improvement of County State -Aid Highway No. 14 within the limits <br />of the City as a State Aid Project have been prepared and presented to the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: that said plans be in all things approved and the City Engineer is <br />hereby authorized to sign the construction plans on behalf of the City. <br />4107— <br />Juliann <br />• <br />Bartell, City Clerk <br />er es <br />John g , y or <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th day of March, 2007. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Carlson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Stoltz, Carlson, O'Donnell, Reinert, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
