• <br />• <br />• <br />Council Member stoltz introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 -50 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ANOKA <br />COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT AND HOME <br />INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM COOPERATION AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes currently participates in the Anoka County "Urban <br />County" qualification to receive and administer U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) <br />funds; and <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County is currently preparing their requalification documents for HUD for <br />the years 2008 through 2010 for future entitlements for the Community Development Block <br />Grant and HOME programs; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds it to be in the best interest of Lino Lakes to continue its <br />participation in Anoka County's "Urban County" qualification for HUD funding; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Lino Lakes City Council approves and <br />authorizes the execution of the Anoka County Community Development Block Grant and <br />Home Investment Partnership Program Cooperation Agreement. <br />ATTES : <br />Juliann Bartell, City Cllerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th day of March, 2007 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />O'Donnell and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Stoltz, O'Donnell, Carlson, Reinert, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
