• <br />Council Membero'Donnelintroduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 -54 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 03 -07 FOR <br />PUBLICATION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved Ordinance No. 03 -07, amending the Lino Lakes <br />Code of Ordinances by adding a new Chapter 615, Special Events, on April 9, 2007; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 03 -07 is lengthy and MN Statute 412.191 provides for a city <br />to publish a summary of an ordinance, and <br />• WHEREAS, the City Council determines that the summary clearly informs the public of <br />the intent and effect of the ordinance, and <br />• <br />WHEREAS, the publication in the official newspaper will include a notice that a full <br />printed copy of the ordinance is available at City Hall, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council approves the summary <br />in Attachment A for publication according to state law and the City Charter. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 23rd day of April 2007. <br />Jo J. B s� <br />Mayor <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Carlson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />O'Donnell, Carlson, Stoltz, Reinert, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
