• <br />Council MemberReinert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07-59 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR COX ESTATES. <br />WHEREAS, the City has received applications for developing an area known as Cox Estates; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the development requires approval of a final plat; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Planning & Zoning Board on April 11, 2007; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed plat meets the requirements of the City's Growth Management, <br />Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes hereby approves <br />the final plat for Cox Estates with the following conditions: <br />1.
