• <br />Council MemberReinert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07-59 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR COX ESTATES. <br />WHEREAS, the City has received applications for developing an area known as Cox Estates; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the development requires approval of a final plat; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Planning & Zoning Board on April 11, 2007; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed plat meets the requirements of the City's Growth Management, <br />Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes hereby approves <br />the final plat for Cox Estates with the following conditions: <br />1. The plat may not be recorded until the rezoning approved by Ordinance No. 05 -07 has gone <br />into effect on June 14, 2007. <br />40 Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th day of May 2007. <br />• <br />ATTEST: <br />artell, Cit Cller <br />John Berg son, ayor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th day of May 2007. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Carlson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Reinert, Carlson, O'Donnell, Stoltz, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
