• <br />• <br />• <br />Council Member Reinert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07-60 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 4 <br />LEGACY AT WOODS EDGE PHASE 1— STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the Council adopted August 22, 2005, <br />awarding the construction contract for the Legacy at Woods Edge Phase 1 - Street and <br />Utility Improvements to Glenn Rehbein Companies, and <br />WHEREAS, the contract requires amendment to include the installation of the sanitary <br />sewer lift station and electrical and mechanical equipment and adjust sanitary sewer, <br />water main, storm sewer and street improvement quantities to reflect actual constructed <br />quantities. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA that: <br />1. Change Order No.4 related to the installation of lift station electrical and <br />mechanical equipment and a reduction of in estimated quantities unit quantities <br />to reflect actual constructed quantities in the amount of $10,600.98 is hereby <br />approved. <br />ne Bartell, ty C -r <br />Jo J. Bergeson, Mayor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 23rd day of April 2007. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member o' Donneltind upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Reinert, O'Donnell, Carlson, Stoltz, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
