• <br />Council Member Stoltz introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07-64 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR HOLIDAY STATIONSTORES <br />LINO LAKES FIRST ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City ordinances, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Holiday Stationstores Lino Lakes First Addition was <br />approved with Resolution 07 -41 by the City Council on March 12, 2007 with conditions, and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Holiday Stationstores Lino Lakes First Addition complies with <br />City requirements and the conditions of Resolution 07 -41 have been satisfied. <br />40 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the final plat for Holiday Stationstores Lino Lakes First Addition. <br />• <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 1 ' . ay o May 2007. <br />John J. erges n, yor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th day of May, 2007. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member o' Donnellind upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Stoltz, O'Donnell, Carlson, Reinert, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
