• Council Member Stoltz introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 07-64 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR HOLIDAY STATIONSTORES LINO LAKES FIRST ADDITION WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City ordinances, and WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Holiday Stationstores Lino Lakes First Addition was approved with Resolution 07 -41 by the City Council on March 12, 2007 with conditions, and WHEREAS, the final plat for Holiday Stationstores Lino Lakes First Addition complies with City requirements and the conditions of Resolution 07 -41 have been satisfied. 40 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby approves the final plat for Holiday Stationstores Lino Lakes First Addition. • Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 1 ' . ay o May 2007.
