• adoption: Council Member Reinert introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 -65 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT, COX ESTATES <br />ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Preliminary Plat on April 23, 2007, and <br />WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the <br />execution of a development contract, between the Developer and the City of Lino <br />Lakes, prior to commencement of site construction activities and final plat to insure <br />satisfactory completion of public improvements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Lino Lakes City Council approves <br />the Development Contract with Brennan Cox for Cox Estates Addition and authorizes <br />the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City. <br />Joh Berg son, ayor <br />Julia ne Bartell, Cit Clerk � <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th day of May, 2007. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member o' Donneland upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Reinert, O'Donnell, Carlson, Stoltz, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
