• <br />• <br />• <br />Council Member O'Donnell moved for adoption of the following Resolution: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 -67 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR <br />SHENANDOAH AREA STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS. <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Arrowhead Drive from Ware Road to 550 feet <br />east, Hokah Drive from Totem Trail to Birch Street including the bubble cul -de -sac, <br />Totem Trail from Arrowhead Drive to Birch Street, Rice Court from Totem Trail to the <br />cul -de -sac and Sioux Lane from Hokah Drive to approximately 150 feet west by water <br />installation and street reconstruction, and <br />WHEREAS, the City proposes to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the <br />cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota States, Chapter 429, and Chapter 8 of <br />the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That the proposed improvement be referred to the City Engineer for study and that <br />he is instructed to report to the council with all convenient speed advising the council <br />in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost - <br />effective, and feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some other impro ent, an the estimated cost of the <br />improvement as recommended. <br />ov'ell, Acting Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />artell, City CI rk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th day of May, 2007. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Stoltz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />O'Donnell, Stoltz, Carlson, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
