Council Member Stoltz introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION No. 07 -73 <br />RESOLUTION FOR AGREEMENT TO STATE TRANSPORTATION FUND <br />LOCAL ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br />GRANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br />S.P. 0280 -55 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has applied to the Commissioner of Transportation <br />for a grant from the Minnesota State Transportation Fund for construction of Local Road <br />Improvement Project No. S.P. 0280 -55; and <br />WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Transportation has given notice that funding for this <br />local road improvement project is available; and <br />WHEREAS, the amount of the grant has been determined to be $400,000.00. <br />• NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota does hereby <br />agree to the terms and conditions of the grant consistent with Minnesota Statutes, <br />section 174.52, subdivision 5, and will pay any additional amount by which the cost <br />exceeds the estimate, and will return to the Minnesota State Transportation Fund any <br />amount appropriated for the road project, but not required. <br />u is ► ne Bartell, Cit Clerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council thisl4th day of May, 2007. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Carlson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Stoltz, Carlson, O'Donnell, Reinert, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />• <br />
