Council Membero'DonnelAntroduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 07-75 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT OF AN EXISTING CONDITIONAL USE <br /> PERMIT TO ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN OFFICE BUILDING AT MOLIN <br /> CONCRETE, 415 LILAC DRIVE <br /> WHEREAS, Molin Concrete has submitted a request to the City to amend an existing <br /> conditional use permit to allow for an office building at 415 Lilac Drive, and <br /> WHEREAS, the legal description of the property is: <br /> • The South Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 8, <br /> Township 31, Range 22, Anoka county, Minnesota; <br /> The Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 31, Range 22, <br /> EXCEPT the East 260 feet of the South 832 feet thereof, ALSO EXCEPTING the South <br /> 412 feet of the Southwest Quarter, Anoka County, Minnesota; <br /> The South 412 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 8, <br /> Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota, EXCEPT the East 260 feet thereof. <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City's review is based on the Molin Plan Set received April 27, 2007; <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on the application on May 9, 2007, <br /> and recommended approval with conditions, and <br /> WHEAREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes adopted Resolution 01-182 on <br /> November 13, 2001, and <br /> • <br />
