Council Member Carlson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />• adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION 07 -77 <br />APPROVING ISSUANCE OF AN ANNUAL PERMIT ALLOWING THE SALE OF <br />CONSUMER FIREWORKS <br />AT SUPER TARGET, 749 APOLLO DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application from Target Corporation requesting <br />permission to sell consumer fireworks at the Super Target store at 749 Apollo Drive in <br />the City of Lino Lakes; and <br />WHEREAS, the police department of the City of Lino Lakes has conducted an <br />investigation of the applicants, and; <br />WHEREAS, the fire inspector has reviewed the application and premises and found the <br />request to be in compliance with applicable fire codes and fire prevention regulations; <br />WHEREAS, Target has paid the required license fees and is in compliance with city <br />• ordinance; <br />Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes: <br />That the City Council hereby approves an annual permit for sale of consumer <br />fireworks for the Super Target Store at 749 Apollo Drive. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 29th day of May, 2007. <br />ATTEST: <br />n e Bartell, C ty S erk <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Membero'Donnelland upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Carlson, O'Donnell, Stoltz, Bergeson <br />• <br />The following voted against same: <br />Absent - Reinert <br />
