• <br />Council Member ca,-1 son introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 -78 <br />APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF LIQUOR, WINE, BEER AND DANCE LICENSES <br />FOR THE 2007/2008 LICENSING PERIOD <br />WHEREAS, the licensing period for liquor, wine, beer and dance licenses in the City of <br />Lino Lakes is one year, commencing on July 1 and ending on June 30 the following <br />year; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is required to approve the renewal of liquor and wine <br />licenses prior to State issuance of a license; <br />WHEREAS, city staff has reviewed the renewal applications that have been submitted <br />and verified that state and local licensing regulations are met; <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has completed the required background <br />investigations; <br />• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />• <br />The City of Lino Lakes hereby adopts Resolution No. 07 -78 approving the renewal of <br />liquor, wine, beer and dance licenses as set forth in Exhibit A that is attached to this <br />resolution. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 29th day of May, 2007. <br />u i. nne Bartell, City Clerk <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member o'DonneltInd upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Carlson, O'Donnell, Stoltz, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />Absent - Reinert <br />
