38 <br />July 27, 1981 <br />tatives; and, <br />WHEREAS, the North Central Suburban Cable Communications Commission has <br />determined that a policy must be adopted that will be consistently <br />followed by its Directors with the recommendations that the Council of <br />Member Cities lijewise adopt and adhere to a similar policy; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LINO LAKES AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. It is the policy of the North Central Suburban Cable Communications <br />Commission that all communications regarding any matter of the cable <br />communication system shall be directed to the NOrth Central Suburban <br />Cable Communications Commission as a whole and not to an individual <br />Director. It is not intended by this that communications with any <br />Director by a Member citizen acting in a private capacity as a Member <br />citizen be prohibited; <br />1 <br />2. To this end, and in furtherance of this Resolution, the Commission <br />hereby establishes a permanent lobbyist registration list be com- <br />piled by the Secretary- Treasurer of the Commission and made a permanent <br />addendum to the minutes of the Commission. Any individual, association, <br />cable company or the like who supplies or intends to supply information <br />to the Commission, any part thereof, or any citystaff person or <br />consultant working with the Commission by action of the Commission, <br />shall report in writing to the Secretary- Treasurer of the Commission, <br />the name and affiliation of the person communicaing with the Commission, <br />part thereof, or member city staff person or consultant working with <br />the Commission. <br />Passed by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27th Day of July, <br />1981. <br />F. Sarver, Clerk - Treasruer <br />Mrs. Elsenpeter said the first joint powers meeting this Thirsday and this <br />is a recommendation from that Commission aid is intended to insure that all <br />Communities are treated the same in considering Cable TV. <br />Mrs. Elsenpeter moved to adopt this Resolution. Seconded by Mr. McLean. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />A recess was called at this point and the meeting reconvened at 8:40 P.M. <br />PERSONNEL POLICY <br />Mr. Schumacher pointed out that this document had been considered last <br />year and there had been concerns of Section 16 - Special Leave; Section <br />18 - Maternity Leave; Section 17 - Breavement Leave and Section 13 had <br />been omitted in typing. <br />
