70 <br />July 15, 1981 <br />The Council attempted to answer the questions on the cards, but members of <br />the audience wished to speak. Mayor Gourley asked that persons repre- <br />senting group of persons limit their remarks to five minutes and in- <br />dividuals limit their remarks to two minutes. This would insure that <br />anyone who wished to speak would have an opportunity. <br />Testimony from the audience was given. Mayor Gourley asked three <br />times if there was anyone else who wished to speak and there was no one. <br />Mayor Gourley asked the Clerk to read the letters - both pro and con - <br />that had been received in the office concerned with this project, which <br />she did. <br />The Council members were asked if they had questions and /or comments <br />individually. <br />Mr. McLean asked if the Attorney had checked the front footage on the <br />petitions and he sad he had not. Mr. McLean moved to have the Attorney <br />certify the front footage on the petition. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewica. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />After all comments had been made, Mayor Gourley said the Council will <br />take all testimony under advisement and make a decision at a later date. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to adjourn at 11:40 P.M. Seconded by Mrs. Elsenpeter. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />These minutes were considered and approved as presented at a regular <br />Council meeting held on September 28, 1981. <br />Edna L.
