198 <br />Board of Review <br />June 1? 1982 <br />The meeting was called to order at u:10 P.M. by Mayor Benson with the <br />following Council members present; Elsenpeter, Marier, Reinert - Absent; <br />Kulaszewicz. Mrs. Roisum, City Assessor and Lu.Johnson, Anoka County <br />Representative. <br />Prpoerty Owners present; <br />1) Mr. Daniel Ransden 83203 -140 - House value for 8204 Wood Duck <br />omitted, 8185 Wood Duck entered on two parcels. <br />2) Jim and Betty Livingston: taxes too high (Mr. Livingston says he <br />hasn't received tax statement for forfeit lot he purchased in June, 1981. <br />3) Thure Ericison 85315 - parcels 0050 & 0020 - Residential Lots - <br />Questioned the jump in value- satisfied with explaination. <br />4) Dennis and Cecelia Weible - 87255 -880 - questioned how valued - <br />satisfied with explaination. <br />5) Mrs. Alma Hausladen - 88193 -6440 Mrs. Roisum to review house in <br />June 1982. There was a motion made by Marier, Seconded by Elsenpeter <br />that whatever value determined at the time of review, will be the one <br />used. <br />6) Karen Johnson - 82926 -400 questioned $6600 value & corrected state- <br />ment, Council to check on statement and see if correct. <br />7) Harold Hansen (Otter Lake Estates). qeustions about values and taxes <br />on NH lots. Asked if he rents out for farm, can he get ag credit? <br />Yes, if income shows $300 and land being tilled. <br />8) Alma and Robb Nichols - 88400 -100 questioned increase in Estimated <br />Market Value. <br />9) Pete Nadeau - no vluel on valuation cards, to meet with assessor <br />after the meeting and add values. <br />10) Mr. $ Mrs. Frank Chen 82927 -4855. Mrs. Roisum to recehck square <br />foorage of house (possibility of having County do appraisal). <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:00 P.M. <br />The City Council amd Mrs. Roisum agreed that she would meet with Mr. <br />Livingston and Mr. Nadeau and explain tax statements and go over valuation <br />cards. <br />4 E na L.
