54 <br />Public Hearing <br />May 24, 1983 <br />Dennis Weible - land is LI - wanted his land as ER. Mrs. Elsenpeter <br />noted that the East side is ER and felt Mr. Weible should be allowed <br />to maintain the ER zoning. Mrs. Elsenpeter so moved. Seconded <br />by Mr. Marier. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Jerry Winiecki - 442 Main Street - sandblasting /paint shop - con- <br />cerned with property on the North end of Lake Drive. <br />Mr. Reinert moved to approve the Task Force recommendations. Second- <br />ed by Mr. Marier. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mrs. Spry - this had been handled previously. Mrs. Elsenpeter asked <br />if this building could be sold for a craft shop? It could be sold <br />but the shop could not be intensified. <br />Mr. Marier moved to approve the Task Force recommendations with the <br />possibility of expansion to be brought before the P &Z. Seconded by <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. LeRoy Wood - had property on Lake Drive - wants to retain his <br />commercial zoning. Mr. Marier moved to approve the recommendations <br />of the Task Force on this property. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. <br />Motion carried with Mrs. Elsenpeter voting, No. <br />This handled all properties with the exception of the request of <br />Mr. John Benson. <br />Mr. Marier moved to withdraw his motion to table this item. Mr. <br />Kulaszewicz moved to withdraw his second. The motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />There was discussion as to the stage of planning this plat had <br />reached and if there isa possibility this could be grandfathered. <br />Mr. Marier moved to approve the recommendations of the Task Force <br />and if there is evidence presented that this should be grandfathered <br />in, that be considered when presented. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Reinert moved the adoption of the Zoning Ordinance and the <br />District Zoning Map. Seconded by Mr. Marier. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Mayor Benson felt this should have been done 10 years ago and he <br />thanked the Task Force for a job well done. Mayor Benson also <br />thanked the P &Z for their work on these documents. He also <br />extended his appreciation tothe C ouncil members for their work <br />that had been put in on this. <br />Mr. Marier moved to adjourn. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz.
