Bonds assessed against <br />the entire City. <br />PUBLIC HEARING - BALDWIN LAKE MOBILEHOME CQIIRT SEWER PROJECT <br />Mayor Benson opened the public hearing at 8:55 P.M. Mr. Wetzler pre- <br />sented the summary sheets on this project. <br />Mr. Hawkins said that normally the assessment roll is certified to the <br />County for collection,however, this assessment will be kept in the <br />City and collected irom the owner. Mr. Hawkins has prepared a Resolution <br />setting forth the stipulations for repayment of this money. <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to close the public hearing at 9:00 P.M. Seconded <br />by Mr. Marier. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Marier moved to waive the reading and accept the Resolution <br />adopting the assessment and method of repayment. Seconded by Mr. <br />Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. <br />RESOLUTION # 83 -30 - ADOPTING ASSESSMENT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by the City <br />Charter and State statute, the City Council has met and heard <br />and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment of <br />the Baldwin Lake Trailer Court for the installation of sanitary <br />sewer; <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota: <br />1. Such proposed assessment, copy of which is attached hereto <br />and made a part hereof is hereby accepted and shall <br />constitute the special assessment against the lands named <br />therein, and each tract of land therein included is <br />hereby found to be benefited by the proposed improvement <br />in the amount of the assessment levied against it. <br />2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual <br />installments including principal and interest; the first <br />of the installments to be payable on or before April 15, <br />1984 and thereafter in semiannual installments each <br />September 15 and April 15 thereafter until September 15, <br />1994 when the entire balance plus accrued interest shall <br />be due and payable in full. Such assessment shall bear <br />interest at the rate of ten (10%) per cent per annum from <br />the date of adoption of this assessment resolution. <br />
