AMENDING RESOLUTION DES- <br />IGNATING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDING FOR 1984 - <br />1985 <br />Mr. Tesch said this resolution only enlarges the scope to include <br />the Senion Citizens Center and the Senior Citizen Club. Mr. Reinert <br />moved to approve Resolution #85 -21 designating the CDBG Funding <br />for 1984 -1985 and dispense with the reading. Mr. Bohjanen seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85 - 21 <br />AN AMENDING RESOLUTION DESIGNATING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK <br />GRANT FUNDING FOR THE CITY OF LINO LAKES FOR FUNDING YEARS 1984- <br />1985. <br />WHEREAS: The cities of Spring Lake Park, Circle Pines, Centerville, <br />and Lexington have formally approved a schedule of fund- <br />ing which would allow Lino Lakes to receive its total <br />allocation within a two -year period (1984 - 1985). <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br />1 <br />The Lino Lakes City Council hereby endorses the concept <br />of pooling CDBG entitlements thus allowing maximum use <br />of these funds, <br />2. The Lino Lakes City Council allocates $5,000.0(.of its <br />1985 CDBG funding to the Alexandra House, Inc., with the <br />balance of its 1985 appropriation for the Lino Lakes <br />Senior Citizen Club, the completion of the Lino Lakes <br />Senior Center and the completion of its proposed West <br />Central Service area utility extension for utility ass- <br />essment assistance to benefit a proposed moderate income <br />housing development and benefiting eligible residents <br />in the area. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 15th Day of October, <br />1985. <br />Marilyn G.
