234 <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />December 23, 1985 <br />Page Thirteen <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE, APPENDIX B, ZONING ORDINANCE <br />OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, BY ADDING DAY CARE NURSERIES, (12 PER- <br />SONS OR LESS) AS A PREMITTED USE IN THE RURAL (R), EXPANSION RE- <br />SIDENTIAL (ER) AND SINGLE FAMILY (R -1) DISTRICTS AND BY ADDING <br />DAY CARE NURSERIES (13 OR MORE PERSONS) AS A CONDITIONAL USE IN <br />THE ABOVE DISTRICTS AND BY ADDING NURSERY SCHOOLS AS A CONDITIONAL <br />USE IN THE GENERAL BUSINESS (GB), LIMITED BUSINESS (LB) AND NEIGH- <br />BORHOOD BUSINESS(NB) DISTRICTS. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />does ordain: <br />I. <br />AMENDMENT. Appendix B, Section 6, Subdivision 2 (5)(I) Day <br />Care Nurseries (12 persons or less) be added. <br />AMENDMENT.
