COUNCIL MEETING <br />December 23, 1985 <br />Page Eighteen <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />Resolution No. 29 - 85 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO TRANSFER FUNDS <br />WHEREAS, a schedule of Administration Fees for improvement pro- <br />jects was approved by the Lino Lakes City Council, and <br />WHEREAS, an improvement project has been approved by the Lino <br />Lakes City Council for the improvement of North Road <br />from the West City limits to Lake Drive, South on High- <br />way #49 to Rice Lakes Estates, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: <br />that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby authorizes <br />the City Clerk to transfer $44,189.81 from the Rice <br />Lake Estates Area Construction Fund to the General Fund <br />to cover administrative costs and some consultant costs <br />of the project. <br />Passed by the City Council this 23rd day of December, 1985. <br />--c7 <br />enjamio G.:en1 +n, Mayor <br />Marilyn G. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion <br />'carried unanimously. <br />239 <br />
