1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />February 24, 1986 <br />Page Two <br />property owners can attend for further information. <br />Mr. Davidson noted there has been state legislation enacted that <br />enables Cities to establish a fee for storm sewer use and bill <br />land owners monthly or quarterly. These fees are placed in a <br />fund for future storm sewer installations. <br />A Public Informational Meeting was set for March 24, 1986 and all <br />•the affected land owners are to be notified. On the March 10, 1986 <br />Agenda under Engineer's Report, place items relating to the differ- <br />ent ways different Cities handle the costs of MSA Projects. Mayor <br />Benson asked the Engineer for an explanation of the flat rate as- <br />sessment fee for this meeting. Mayor Benson asked that the infor- <br />mation regarding RCWD's and Anoka County's participation in the <br />maintenance of Ditch #22 be placed on this agenda as well. This <br />March 10, 1986 work session will be at 6:00 P.M. <br />Mr. Bohjanen moved to adjourn at 6:45 P.M. Mr. Reinert seconded <br />the motion.
