• <br />Council Member Stoltz moved for adoption of the following resolution: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 -88 <br />AUTHORIZING STAFF TO PREPARE AND MAYOR AND CLERK TO ENTER INTO <br />PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT WITH TAYLOR CORPORATION FOR PARKING <br />LOT AND STORMWATER FACILITIES IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the Taylor Corporation owns the property at 2300 Main Street, known as the site of <br />Ad Graphics, and; <br />WHEREAS, Taylor Corporation intends to remodel the interior of the building to convert <br />existing production space into additional office space, and; <br />WHEREAS the addition of office space increases the need for parking spaces under the Lino <br />Lakes Zoning Ordinance, and; <br />WHEREAS this requires improvements to the existing parking lot as well as improvements to <br />the stormwater management facilities on the site, and; <br />WHEREAS the City requires a performance agreement for such improvements under Section 2, <br />Subd. 6.E. of the Zoning Ordinace; <br />THEREFORE, the Lino Lakes City Council hereby authorizes staff to prepare a performance <br />agreement between the City and Taylor Corporation for parking lot and stormwater facilities <br />improvements. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor and City <br />Clerk to execute said performance agreement on behalf of the City. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the performance agreement shall include descriptions of the <br />work to be performed and /or reference to plans, financial securities, and other elements typical to <br />a performance agreement as well as elements specific to the project. <br />: Julianne Ba ell, ity Clerk <br />
