its adoption: Carlson introduced the following resolution and <br />moved <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 -89 <br />APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF TOBACCO LICENSES <br />FOR THE 2007/2008 LICENSING PERIOD <br />WHEREAS, the licensing period for tobacco licenses in the City of Lino Lakes is <br />one year, commencing on July 1 and ending on June 30 the following year; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is required to approve the renewal of tobacco <br />licenses; <br />WHEREAS, city staff has reviewed the renewal applications that have been <br />submitted and verified that licensing requirements are met; <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has completed the required <br />background investigations; <br />• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />• <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The City of Lino Lakes hereby adopts Resolution No. 07 -89 approving the <br />renewal of tobacco licenses as set forth in Exhibit A that is attached to this <br />resolution. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 2 <br />5th y of June, 2007. <br />X I <br />I <br />Ju anne Bartell, <br />ity Ierk <br />Jeff O'Donnell, Acting Mayor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 25th day of June, 2007. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member Rpin„t and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br />Carlson, Reinert, O'Donnell <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Absent - Bergeson, Stoltz <br />
