• <br />• <br />Council Member Carlson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 -92 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT REQUEST NO. 4 (FINAL) AND <br />COMPENSATING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 — LOIS LANE UTILITY IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the Lois Lane Sanitary, Street and Watermain Improvements have been <br />completed by Jay Bros., Inc., and <br />WHEREAS, the one -year warranty period for this project will begin with the Final <br />Payment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Compensating Change Order No. 1 and Payment Request No. 4 (Final) is <br />approved for a final contract amount of $173,484.60. <br />iianne Bartell, Ci Cler <br />Jeff O'Donnell, Acting Mayor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 25th day of June, 2007. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Reinert and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Carlson, Reinert, O'Donnell <br />The following voted against same: <br />none (Absent - Bergeson, Stoltz) <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
