• Council Member@.tolkw, introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 -93 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT, GOLDEN ACRE <br />ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Preliminary Plat on October 11, 2006, and <br />WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the <br />execution of a development contract, between the Developer and the City of Lino <br />Lakes, prior to commencement of site construction activities and final plat to insure <br />satisfactory completion of public improvements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Lino Lakes City Council approves the <br />Development Contract with Timothy J Anderson for Golden Acre Addition and authorizes the <br />Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City. <br />• PhbPAirdePa <br />u is ► ne Bartell, • ity erk <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of August, 2007. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Slolz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />l � G L t s o v i Si", 1 i � z , E- d Pos t-o-at s c4,1 <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />• <br />
