• <br />• <br />• <br />Council Memberi introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07-103 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR GOLDEN ACRE <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City ordinances, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Golden Acre was approved with Resolution 06 -181 by the <br />City Council on November 13, 2006 with conditions, and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Golden Acre complies with City requirements and the conditions <br />of Resolution 06 -181 have been satisfied. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the final plat for Golden Acre. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council thi th da of August 2007. <br />John , Ber;_lson, Mayor <br />ATTES <br />Ju-whe 1. ell, City clerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of August, 2007. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member 2-1-D lta and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />L�1,C ovi , t +z , 619 o iwtU , -- e„,,,..„ t, � eo uvi <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
