Council MemberRReinert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 -118 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 <br />LAKE DRIVE /135W IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the City Council adopted May 14, 2007, the City <br />awarded the construction contract for the Lake Drive /I -35W Improvement Project to Lunda <br />Construction Company, and <br />AND WHEREAS, additional costs incurred to repair a deteriorated drainage structure to avoid <br />undermining a portion of the in place roadway, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Change Order No.1, in the amount of $2,000.00, is hereby approved. <br />e Bartell, C.
