• <br />• <br />Council Member -Reinert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 -119 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 <br />LAKE DRIVE /I35W IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the City Council adopted May 14, 2007, the City <br />awarded the construction contract for the Lake Drive /I -35W Improvement Project to Lunda <br />Construction Company, and <br />AND WHEREAS, the City wishes to extend the landscaping included in the project to <br />incorporate the median islands within the roadway, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Change Order No.2, in the amount of $171,100.33, is hereby approved. <br />ne Bartell, ity erk <br />John J. Bergeson, Mayor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of August, 2007 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Sty Utz_ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Reinert-, S- rItz, Carlson ,Fe ryeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none LA --4 - b3 Do nine 1I <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
