• • • Council Membercarlson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES COUNTY OF ANOKA RESOLUTION NO. 07 -130 RESOLUTION APPROVING PEDDLERS LICENSE WHEREAS, Turco Construction, Inc., has submitted a peddlers license application to the city clerk's office; and WHEREAS, Turco Construction, Inc. has complied with all of the provisions of Ordinance No. 01 -89 of the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license for a profit business; and WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has conducted a background check on all Turco Construction representatives who would be soliciting; NOW, THEREFORE, be it Resolved by the City Council of The City of Lino Lakes: Turco Construction, Inc. is hereby authorized to solicit construction services door to door fora period of six - months beginning September 10, 2007 and ending March 10, 2008 subject to all conditions and provisions of said ordinance. Passed by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of September, 2007.
