• <br />• <br />• <br />Council Member Carlson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 -135 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PEDDLERS LICENSE <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Window & Siding Company, has submitted a peddler's license <br />application to the city clerk's office; and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Window & Siding Company has complied with all of the <br />provisions of Ordinance No. 01 -89 of the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the <br />necessary license for a profit business; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has conducted a background check on <br />all Minnesota Window & Siding Company representatives who would be soliciting; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it Resolved by the City Council of The City of Lino Lakes: <br />Minnesota Window & Siding Company is hereby authorized to solicit construction <br />services door to door for a period of six - months beginning September 10, 2007 and <br />ending March 10, 2008 subject to all conditions and provisions of said ordinance. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of September, 2007. <br />ATTEST: <br />ne Bartell, Cit <br />John J.
