• its adoption: Council Member Stoltz introduced the following resolution and moved <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 -136 <br />APPROVING ISSUANCE OF A PEDDLER/TRANSIENT MERCHANT LICENSE <br />TO T.A.P. ENTERPRISES <br />WHEREAS, T.A.P. Enterprises has submitted an application for a transient <br />merchant license to the city clerk's office, requesting permission to conduct a tool <br />and general merchandise sale at St. Joseph's Church great hall and parking lot <br />at 171 Elm Street on September 20, 2007; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicants have complied with all of the provisions of Chapter <br />612 of the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining a license for a profit business; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has completed the required <br />background investigations and has found no reason to deny the license; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The City of Lino Lakes hereby adopts Resolution No. 07 -136 approving issuance <br />of a peddler /transient merchant license to T.A.P. Enterprises of Fremont, <br />Nebraska, to be effective for a six month period commencing upon passage of <br />this resolution. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of September <br />2007. <br />• <br />to B ;4'es ", Mayor <br />Ju is r ne Bartell, ty C rk <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Membero'Donnelland upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br />Stoltz, O'Donnell, Reinert, Carlson, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />
