Council Member Reinert <br />moved for adoption of the following ordinance: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07-150 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY REPORT — WATER TREATMENT <br />PLANT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions of the Council, a study has been prepared by the City <br />Engineer, with reference to the water treatment plant feasibility study, received by the <br />City Council September 24, 2007, and <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br />necessary, cost - effective, and feasible, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That such the Water Treatment Plant Feasibility Study, a copy of which is attached <br />hereto and made part hereof, is hereby accepted. <br />• <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of September, 2007. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by Council <br />Member o' Donne 1 nd upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Reinert, O'Donnell, Carlson, Stoltz, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: none <br />Whereupon saidresoiuti_owas declared duly passed and adopted. <br />• <br />
