• <br />Council Member n'nonnp11 <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07-155 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2007 GENERAL OPERATING BUDGET FOR CHARTER <br />COMMISSION EXPENDITURES <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a budget for Charter Commission - initiated <br />expenditures of $1,500 for 2007; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Charter Commission has requested additional funding for Charter Commission - <br />initiated expenditures in the amount of $5,250 for outside legal services; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to amend the 2007 budget to utilize contingency funds to <br />grant this request. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the general <br />operating budget for 2007 be amended as follows: <br />ORIGINAL AMENDED <br />ACCOUNT BUDGET AMENDMENT BUDGET <br />• 101 - 405 -4300 -999 PROFESSIONAL SERVICES $ 1,500 $ 5,250 $ 6,750 <br />(5,250) 54,750 <br />• <br />101 - 499 - 4905 -000 CONTINGENCY 60,000 <br />ne Bartell, City CI rk <br />n J. B - geso , ayor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of September, 2007. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Reinert <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />O'Donnell, Reinert, Carlson, Stoltz, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
