• <br />• <br />• <br />Council Member Reinert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 -156 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PEDDLER LICENSE <br />WHEREAS, Aspen Contracting, Inc, has submitted a peddler's license application to <br />the city clerk's office; and <br />WHEREAS, Aspen Contracting, Inc. has complied with all of the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 01 -89 of the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license <br />for a profit business; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has conducted a background check on <br />all Aspen Contracting, Inc. representatives who would be soliciting; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Be it Resolved by the City Council of The City of Lino Lakes: <br />Aspen Contracting, Inc. is hereby authorized to solicit construction services door to door <br />for a period of six - months beginning September 24, 2007 and ending March 24, 2008 <br />subject to all conditions and provisions of said ordinance. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th day of September, 2007. <br />ATTEST: <br />ne Bartell, City Jerk <br />geson, Mayor <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Stoltz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Reinert, Stoltz, Carlson, O'Donnell, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
