• Council MemberCaA.lso►l introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 -162 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING REPAIR OR REMOVAL OF HAZARDOUS STRUCTURE <br />In the Matter of the Hazardous Building Located at <br />2395 65th Street, Lino Lakes, Minnesota 55014 <br />and legally described as: <br />Lot 13, Block 3, Clearwater Creek 4th Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 463.15 to 463.261 the City Council of the City of <br />Lino Lakes having duly considered the matter finds the above building to be a <br />hazardous building for the following reasons: <br />1) The structure is unstable and is in danger of collapse, which could <br />cause injury and damage to persons and property adjacent thereto. <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, such substandard conditions are more fully documented in the Structural <br />Assessment report prepared by Jason S. Hanlon, PE, of Ulteig Engineers, dated <br />September 21, 2007 (hereinafter "Structural Assessment Report"), a copy of which is <br />available in the office of the City Clerk; and <br />WHEREAS, the hazardous conditions set out herein have been observed and <br />confirmed by the City Building Official Peter Kluegel. <br />NOW THERE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA, Pursuant to the foregoing findings and in accordance with <br />Minn. Stat. §463.15 to 463.261, the Council hereby orders the record owners of the <br />above hazardous building or their representatives to either repair the building in <br />accordance with the Structural Assessment Report attached to this resolution and <br />made a part hereof, or raze the hazardous building within 30 days of the date of the <br />service of this order, and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Council orders that no person shall occupy or enter <br />the building after "No Occupancy" is posted thereon, and <br />• BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Council orders that the building be structurally <br />secured within 30 days from the date hereof, and <br />
