CITY COUNCIL <br />AGENDA ITEM 3C <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Jeff Karlson <br />MEETING DATE: June 9, 2014 <br />TOPIC: Appointment of Recycling Program Intern <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 <br />INTRODUCTION <br />The Council is being asked to approve the appointment of Kyung Kye for the <br />Recycling Program Intern position in the Community Development Department. <br />BACKGROUND <br />A conditional job offer was made to Kyung Kye for a Recycling Program Intern position. This <br />is a temporary six-month position budgeted for 32 hours a week at an hourly rate of $12.00. <br />The position is funded through the Anoka County SCORE Grant Program. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Approve the appointment of Kyung Kye, effective June 16, 2014. <br />
